Hail! Charlotte 49ers. After a long off-season that saw the Niners re-load with 7 new players, we are at the dawn of a new season. Now that the games count, it’s time to do some serious pregame eating and drinking. When searching for a great pregame meal, it’s never an easy choice. There’s the bastion of Niner Nation fandom, Picasso’s. Always a can’t-miss. Many others have taken a liking to Wild Wing Cafe, host of the Alan Major Show. Also a fine decision.
For me I like to go with something a little more refined. Ah yes, Norm’s Bistro. The best of the best.
Where else can you dine on the finest collection of politically incorrect mascots? Have a taste for some Minuteman? They have you covered. WKU Hilltopper mash? No problem. Tiger a la Clemson? Norm’s Bistro has the freshest in town.
Now I take forever to order but I know my man Deuce Briscoe knows exactly what he wants. A nice warm plate of North Carolina Central University Eagle. I told him “Hey, that’s a tough dish to get. I heard you have to go through Landon Clement and Dominique Sutton to get it.” He’s confident he can pull it off, and frankly so are we at GTG.
